Monday Morning Musing: It's Never Too Late

It's never too late for love, I thought on Sunday, when I presided at the wedding of two lovely people whose ages I'm not going to share. But they beamed and brought beauty and light into the space.

It's never too late to say I love you.

It's never too late to learn new things. It's what keeps our minds active and stretchy.

It also keeps our outlook focused more widely.

It's never too late to do the right thing.

It's never too late to change your mind.

It's also never too late to post on Tuesday morning what you usually post on Monday morning.

It's never too late to pick flowers from the yard and pair them with a beautiful snippet of a poem. Enjoy...

Beauty is God’s bait.

She sets it out and waits for you to notice.

You pause and gaze, and,

God hopes, lingers a bit, rapt,

while she stares at you because

she loves seeing your face like that.
