50 Days of Gratitude: Days 43-45

We had a visitor just outside our porch this evening, looking down with wide eyes and singing their particular song. The other feathered inhabitants of our backyard objected loudly to their presence, but we were awe struck. And grateful.

It reminded me, because I’m nerdy in just this way, that God must have looked and must still look on such creatures and declared that indeed, they are very good.
